You Are Mulan!
Image hosted by Photobucket.com

Strong and spirited. You're no one's girly girl; actually you are very determined person with a strong sense of self. Never let go of that! The only thing that equals your sense of self is your family, but the traditions of society can always be bent to protect something or someone you love.

Happy 3rd Birthday Shayna!

(Gosh I really hope I spelled her name right!!) The little girls and I headed over to Porterville yesterday for little Shayna's birthday par-tay! The girls had a blast having a tea party and playing in the backyard. The party attendants were Sophia, Madison, Ellee, Shayna, Ava and Jack!

This one is for Ty.....

Waiting for the swim meet to start and in between swims is a bit.....how do we say this delicately....boring? Well, Tyler asked me if I had a picture of a pretzel and I think these are my firsts....ahhhh, yes, the beauty of a digital camera, his mother saying the background, but she didn't know that I would post it!! :o) This is for you Ty!!

Tulare Sharks

Grace is competing with the Tulare Sharks swim team this year. They had their first *mock* meet on Thursday. It gave us a sense of what it's going to be like. She did a GREAT job! When she first started the season a month ago she was in the lanes where kids could touch and grab on to the walls. She has since moved up two lanes. Now we just have to instill that killer competive go getter instinct that both Dave and I have......(she's just too nice!!).

President's Academic Award

Grace received the President's Academic Reward for 2nd grade! We are so proud of her!! She also received one last year for first. At the ceremony they kept on calling her class 3rd graders - where o' where has the time gone? (Yay Gracie!!)

Congratulations Gracie!!

Grace won the President's Academic Award this year! We are so proud of her!! Way to go Gracie!! They kept on calling them 3rd graders at the cermony.... :o( Where has the time gone? Notice Sophie holding up her fruit snacks and giving me the evil eye because I won't give her ANOTHER package in the background......heheheheheeeee....
